last night at approximatly 3:00 am... i was seen leaving a bar with my boyo... i was later found at a waffle house stuffing the hell out of my face. this list describes what was consumed..estimated of coarse.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` waffle (222 cals) 3 eggs over easy (270 cals) 2 slices toast (140 cals) hashbrowns (63 cals) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ also, before the waffle house, i consumed 5 rum n diets... (300 cals) ~~~~~~~~995 cals!~~~~~~~~~ so today..( after i have already eaten yogurt (80 cals) )... i AM going to do a liquid fast. im tackin tips from my friend and im making a schedual of what to do today and what i can drink. this is my list of possible drinks. diet coke, water, sweet tea, hot tea, coffee, green tea,diet rockstar, diet rootbeer, diet rockstar latte, broth, skim milk, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, pickle juice, pepper juice, chai tea, lemonade... rum, gin..... ya i know.. now for my schedual: 230 shower, get ready (water, broth, pepper juice) 330-get crap fom theatre (diet coke) 345- fill out job applications (diet rockstar latte) 430- job hunt (water, diet coke) 530- starbucks (coffee...chai tea) 600- class schedual (pickle juice, more broth, water) 700- movie...you know which one ladies....(diet coke..i might get a pickle, its neg cals) 900-liquor store (rum) 1000-da bar (more rum) 1100- da club ( even more rum) 300-not waffle house. ( more than likely water :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` here I go! |
